3. Account Registration and Security

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bd9bed makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included on it.

9. Responsible Gaming Obligations

bd9bed is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. The Platform provides the following tools and safeguards to support responsible play: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods of between 24 hours and 30 days; and permanent self-exclusion upon request.
